The rules, with live numbers
Ranked wins pay.
Here is how.
Pump Royale is a card tower duel with the whole collection game around it: cards, levels, chests, arenas. The creator fees of $ROYALE fill one pool, and every ranked win pays its share of the pot in SOL. Players can also stake $ROYALE against each other. Gems are bought with $ROYALE, and those coins are burned.

The game
- Two players, one arena. Each side has a king tower and two princess towers on its half of a river with two bridges. Elixir starts at 5 and fills one every 2.8 seconds up to 10, twice as fast in the last minute. You hold 4 cards of your 8-card deck. A princess tower is one crown; the king is three and the win. After 3:00 more crowns wins; level means overtime.
- Your collection. 34 cards in four rarities. Wins earn chests; chests hold cards and gold; copies plus gold level a card up (x1.1 hitpoints and damage a level). Arenas unlock new cards. Daily deals, daily tasks, the Trophy Road and the Crown Pass give more.
- Ladder. Trophies and arenas. Your own card levels and your king level's towers count. Never worth SOL.
- Ranked. Every card and tower at level 11, so only play decides. A rating that moves with every duel (Elo), ten leagues from Bronze to Ultimate Champion. Every win pays SOL.
- Wager. Two players stake the same $ROYALE. Players only, every card at level 11.
What a ranked win pays
- A share of the pot, at once. A ranked win moves its share of the pot into your balance the moment the duel ends. The share grows with your rating: 400 pays nothing, 2300 and above pays 10% of the pot.
- The quality of the win. Beating a player of your rating counts x1. Beating a stronger one counts up to x1.6, a much weaker one down to x0.25. A win over a house player counts x0.6; house players fill in when nobody is waiting and play as strong as your rating says, up to their best. A player who barely played (under 8 elixir) pays like a house player. The same opponent twice within an hour moves nothing and pays nothing.
- Claim it. Your balance goes to your Solana address by itself after a ranked win once it is worth a transfer (◎0.0007), or when you press Claim. One transfer is never more than ◎0.5; an account takes at most ◎0.25 an hour.
- The pot. Every creator-fee claim of $ROYALE lands in the pool; 30% of each claim goes into the pot at once and the rest flows in at 25% an hour, the pot never holding more than 30% of the pool. However many win, no more than the pot can leave: a rush only makes each win smaller until it has filled again. 2% of every fee claim buys $ROYALE on the market and burns it.

Wagers and gems
- Your balance. Connect a wallet (it signs a message to prove it is yours; nothing is sent). Deposit $ROYALE: your wallet signs one transfer to the vault . Withdraw any time, to that wallet only.
- Stakes. Pick a stake; you meet a player with the same stake. Both stakes leave the balances for the duel in one booking. The winner takes both less 5%, which is burned. A draw gives both back. Leaving for 20 seconds is a loss; both leaving is a draw.
- Gems. Priced in SOL and paid in $ROYALE at its price that moment. From your wallet you burn your own coins; from your balance the vault burns them.
- The vault's books. Deposited = balances + stakes in play + withdrawn + on their way + waiting to burn + burned, always. The vault checks it holds at least that before anything leaves.
